You will also find (ALL INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE):
sheets, blankets, central heating, gas kitchen, refrigerator
with freezer, washing machine, ironing equipment, kettle,
hair dryer, water, gas, electricity, maps and tourist
literature, kitchenware, salt, sugar. Mobile GSM phone
available for rent.
Booking
Booking: 30% of the total amount. Your reservation
can be confirmed as soon as the relevant transfer of
the postal money order (kindley ask for details) you
will send, arrives to us via e-mail or by fax. You are
kindly requested to pay the residual amount (70%) upon
your arrival.
DEPOSIT (ONLY IF YOU STAY LONGER THAN TWO WEEKS) 4OO
Euros - to be paid on your arrival and fully refundable
when you leave, unless there are any damages.
Cancellations
- if the apartment is entirely re-rented, your booking
fee is reimbursed. 30 Euros are deducted for money transfer
and postal fees
- if the apartment is not entirely re-rented, only half
of your booking fee is reimbursed. 30 Euros are deducted

In order to facilitate our work and to reduce your expenses, we encourage you to carry you own towels (not included in apartment rental). Otherwise we can rent you towels for 5 euros per person (per change) |

| CLEANING POLICY: you are kindly requested to leave the apartment as clean as you found it; otherwise a 30 Euro charge will be applied. |
